The EXOGRID 2 is one of the most innovative bats to ever hit the market. This bat starts out with Louisville Slugger's SC21 Scandium Alloy which is one of the most durable and responsive alloys on the market. Moving toward the handle you'll find that the metal is trimmed into a grid-like pattern and replaced with carbon composite inserts. These inserts are several times stronger than the metal they replace which gives the EXOGRID 2 not only its name, but it's unwavering durability. Inside the bat, the heart of the EXOGRID 2 can be found in the form of an internal carbon composite sleeve. This provides greater handle stiffness than alloy alone ever could. The grip is in good condition.  This bat is end loaded to provide more power.  I am only selling this because my son graduated from Little League and is now playing Babe Ruth. This bat cost $350.00 when I bought it last year. Now retails on this site for $300.00.
